Diana Kostigen - President/CEO of Pegasus Image Design holds a B.A. degree in Mass Communication from UNC-Asheville, graduating with a 3.76 GPA and distinction in her class. She started her career as an Innkeeper in Bed & Breakfasts in Santa Barbara, CA for 10 years, and then focused on Office Management and Human Resources. She's lived in the Asheville area for 10 years. |

Diana formed Pegasus Image Design in 2008 as the result of a life-long dream of owning her own business. Her creativity, knowledge, past training and strong work ethic all work together to provide the best possible marketing and sales plans for small businesses- yielding quick results. She finds it most rewarding being an intrigal part of the team. Her overall goal is to help clients realize their own goals and dreams. Besides design and cooking, Diana is passionate about writing. She writes a weekly column called "Shop Talk" for the Asheville Citizen-Times- a column that branched out for her previous column "Smart Home Lifestyle" which ran for over three years. |

Shannon Foster graduated with a BSBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University. She started her career in Sales & Marketing with Proctor & Gamble in Atlanta, GA. While at P&G she won a number of awards including Top New Representative of the Year and a Sales Excellence Award. After 5 years, Shannon shifted her focus and joined Blessing/White, an organizational development consulting firm. While at Blessing/White, Shannon's drive, knowledge and relationship building approach helped companies to create and operationalize their business management strategies. She found it extremely rewarding to help individuals and organizations reach their personal and professional goals. In 2009, Shannon went to work for the Asheville Arts Center, her children's second home. It is there that she first encountered Diana and Pegasus Image Design. According to Shannon, "I am so thrilled to be working with the Pegasus team. As a client I am confident in our product and our unique approach to telling your story!" Shannon enjoys spending her free time with her family, close friends and two loveable but smelly dogs. She also enjoys reading, exercising, shopping and fine dining. |
